Middle School and High School Honor Jazz Bands 2010-2011
AUDITIONS!
The New Mexico Jazz Workshop is holding auditions for middle school and high school honor jazz ensembles (up to a 30-piece traditional jazz ensemble and a high school combo) for area middle school and high school musicians. Participants in this group will have access to some of New Mexico’s finest jazz performers/educators. The group will present several concerts throughout the year, including performances at some of Albuquerque’s most prestigious music venues.

School Auditions: Monday

Rehearsals
will be held Wednesdays 6:30-7: 30pm Beginning September 22rd.
Middle School Honor Band musicians will be notified by phone on Saturday, September 18, 2009.
High
School Auditions:
Friday
and Saturday, September 10th
& 11th
between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday, and 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on
